About EcoSomatics

EcoSomatics is an ecopsychology & somatic therapy for individuals, couples, 2+ relationship structures, and families that emphasizes a systemic approach to physical, emotional, and spiritual transformations.

In Ancient Greek, Eco-" points to "home" ; and "Soma" to "the body."

EcoSomatics therefore point to the feeling of home available within our body, and the interrelationship between such a feeling and and the feeling of being at home on Earth with other humans and living beings. Thus, EcoSomatics can help with reconnecting to a feeling of belonging with Life itself – a key to a fulfilling existence in these times of great upheavals.

To me personally,"home" is often a place of restfulness within my own self, accessible even amidst utter chaos. A myriad of  channels and practices connect me to this place, from crafting kombucha to planting tomatoes; facilitating conflict circles to making herbal tinctures; and parenting my child to organizing a direct action.

As a therapist, I therefore aim to leave no stone unturned when helping others deepen into their own access points to home. I pay special attention to each individual's unique stories as well as relationships with loved ones, communities, environments, ancestors, and spiritual encounters of all sorts.

As the different global crises mold and evolve in the next decades, finding everlasting ground within and without seems more essential than ever. I would be happy to walk that path with you.
